Are you insured?

Yes are covered by full public liability insurance

What area do you service?

We service all areas of Cairns and the Tablelands.

What are your hours of work?

We usually work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. But weekend work is done when necessary.

Do you do after hour emergency call outs?

Yes we are available 24/7 and can come out to you in an emergency for an additional cost.

What services do you offer?

How much do your services cost?

Due to the diverse nature of our work we are unable to provide you with a set rate. Please contact us for a specialised quote.

Do you charge by the hour?

No! Unless there is a prior agreement before a project commences. Usually we provide you with a free upfront estimate for the job taking into consideration all factors such as time and materials required.

How quickly will I get my job done?

We endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible. We are more than happy to work around your schedule at a time that best suits you.

How quickly can I get a response back and quote back?

We endeavour to call you within the same day and prefer a call back service instead of an email service as we believe in the old fashion personal customer service.

Does your company provide the materials needed to complete the projects?

We generally supply the materials but if you have the required materials that’s fine too. It is the clients preference.

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

Yes unless we have made prior arrangements you will need to be home when I arrive.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We currently accept cash, EFT or bank cheque. We are currently setting up a facility to accept credit cards.

Do you guarantee what time you will arrive?

We endeavour to arrive as scheduled however if for some unforseen reason we are running late we will notify you.

Do you provide a guarantee of you workmanship?

Yes we take pride in our workmanship so we do offer a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event you have any genuine issues, we will rectify it within 12 months from the invoice date.

Do my pets need to be kept in a separate area while your working?

Yes it would be preferable that pets are kept in a safe area separate from the work to avoid a pet running away or getting hurt by equipment.
